Do you have a friend who prefers staying in over going out? Maybe a significant other who always wants to leave parties early? Perhaps one of your parents prefers working outside in their garden over going to social events? If any of these characteristics sound familiar, you probably have an introvert in your life, or you are one yourself. Congratulations! I am here to help you find the best gifts for introverts!
If there is one thing that most introverts likely can agree upon, it is that they hate being the center of attention, and receiving gifts definitely shifts that attention onto them. They are probably worried about what to say if they don’t like it, or how to react properly if they do. What if they don’t look as excited as they feel when they open this awesome present?!
Save introverts the panic of not being able to react in the correct manner by getting them something they will absolutely love and appreciate. Not all introverts are the same, but of the potential gifts I am going to list here, you should be able to find the perfect gift for the introvert in your life.

The Ability to Read as Much as They Want
This is still the best gift I have ever received. A Kindle as a gift is the best any avid reader could ask for. If your quiet person loves to read, consider giving them a Kindle. Just make sure they don’t already have one.
I recommend the Kindle Paperwhite. It functions solely as an e-reader and it doesn’t cause as much eye strain as other screens do.
I even have a few book recommendations for you: One for introverts to learn more about themselves, one to inspire them to follow their own path, and one to make them cry and follow their dreams no matter what. You don’t have to be an introvert to read these books, either. I guarantee you will get something out of each one.
Candles to Fragrance Their Personal Space
If your introvert is not sensitive to smells and enjoys scents and finds them comforting, get them a candle in a scent you know they will love.
If they enjoy reading, maybe find a candle that smells like books, or perhaps the scent of tomato vine will please the gardener in your life. You would be surprised at the number of candle scents out there. The hardest part is choosing the right one!
A Mug to Let People Know How They Feel
Whether they enjoy coffee or tea, an introvert will love having a mug to take on the go that lets other people know what they are thinking. Enough said.
If you are an introvert and a Lord of the Rings nerd, you may love this mug as much as I do.
A Cozy Blanket for Staying In
One can never have too many blankets. Snuggling up under a cozy blanket will have your introvert nice and comfy at their home that they weren’t planning on leaving anyway.
Which blanket to choose depends on how cold a person is, and the aesthetic of their home. You can go for something simple or something with more character. For the extra cold, a heated blanket is a great option.
Headphones to Drown Out the Noise
To cancel out the noise of the outside world, and perhaps even listen to some music, podcasts, or audiobooks, every introvert needs some good headphones. These headphones cancel out noise pretty well and have great sound. Your introvert can enjoy the sounds they want to hear while drowning out the rest by wearing these puppies.
If headphones aren’t their jam, try out these earbuds. They cancel out noise even better, they just aren’t the most comfortable for long-term wear.

Bath Accessories for a Night In
For those introverts who love to relax and treat themselves, a nice bubble bath with some essential oil scents is a must. I love the smell of lavender, but you can choose from several different scents depending on what your introvert loves!
There are many options for bubble bath out there, but I also recommend bath bombs for a fun and relaxing experience. Give someone the ability to kick back with a book, some wine, and a relaxing playlist and soak all of their troubles away. You could even turn this into a personalized gift basket if you are feeling a bit crafty!
Puzzles for Evenings with Family or Friends
Introverts can concentrate on things for hours. Puzzles put their minds to the test and have a great reward at the end (the picture). I love working puzzles with my family because it allows us all to sit down and put our heads together to complete a task. Talk about quiet bonding.
You can find puzzles with cozy pictures, beautiful places, and my personal favorite, cats. Whatever you are looking for, I am sure you can find it in puzzle form.
Socks For Coziness and a Little Sass
Remember when you didn’t want to get socks as a present as a kid? Things have changed. As an adult, socks will provide you with not only warm feet but perhaps a cute fashion statement as well.
These socks can let people know how you feel about them, that you need some personal space, and that you are busy. They do all of this while looking adorable at the same time.
Another option is to get these cozy lounge socks to keep extra cold feet nice and toasty.
A Mask to Help Them Sleep in Peace
For the introvert who travels and doesn’t want to look at people, a sleep mask is a must. This easy stocking stuffer will be just what they need.
You can get them a plain black version, something a little more colorful, or a mask that tells it like it is. The choice is yours.
An Adult Coloring Book
Coloring is not just for kids anymore. Try one of these coloring books for the introvert who loves being creative and working with their hands.
There are coloring books to help you calm down, give you inspiration, for those who love beautiful designs, and even just for introverts. Take your pick!
Tis the Season
While you could give most of these gifts anytime, the end of the year is by far the biggest gift-giving season. I hope that you found this list helpful. There is nothing more rewarding than finding the perfect gift for the introverts that you love.

As an introvert, I approve of every single one of these gift ideas. Especially the first one. Oh my goodness, I need that tomato vine scented candle in my life!
I LOVE tomato vine scented candles! And other garden scents. They are so great for spring and summer! I’m glad you like the list! It’s good to know that other introverts approve!
